Cliff Singers and Sing For Joy Perform in Winter Concert

A performance was put on at Briar Cliff February 28th by Sing For Joy and the Briar Cliff Singers. The performance began with Sing For Joy performing a few songs including: “J’entends Le Moulin”, “In Time of Silver Rain”, and “Hi! Ho! The Rattling Bog”. The Briar Cliff Singers followed with a performance of: Look to the Day. Then they performed a tribute to the Civil Rights Movement bringing up Sandra Pearson as a soloist to perform “My Feet Are Tired, But My Soul is Resting”. After that, Jeremy Owens performed an organ solo as all the lights turned off and all the Cliff Singers each held a candle in dedication to the Civil Rights Movement. Later Sing For Joy and the Briar Cliff Singers all combine and performed “Music, Lead the Way!” which got everyone involved clapping to the beat of the song.
