She has worked with Acid survivors to give them a sustainable skill development training and call center training to live a life with dignity .
She is a philanthropist , motivational speaker and volunteers to support under served women globally. She believe social credit will change lives of million women globally, give them a life of dignity showing them means to get out of charity.She got WHOs WHO International professional recognition in 2008, USA. She received highest Human Resource Development Award, Bangladesh Society for Training & Development, Rapport Bangladesh. She got award for Global Collaboration in UN in 2015 from ImpactLeadership 21. “Presenter of BBC documentary Michael Palin featured her in his book "Himalayas" and he was accompanied by Naila Chowdhury, during his visit to Grameen Phone’s Village sites .Naila worked closely in different positions in Grameen organizations from CEO, Managing Director to Regional Director & Senior Director with Nobel Peace Laureate Muhammad Yunus.
