Regional conventions are the driving force behind the CLIFF Network. Rather than just hearing about topics related to modern slavery, these gatherings of emerging and established leaders focus on leadership development, skill development, and the incubation of innovative initiatives. We empower students to organize their own events in their own communities, providing them the opportunity to build their own teams and to design conventions reflecting the numerous dimensions connected to issues of exploitation and modern slavery.
At the core, these conventions allow leaders to build meaningful relationships as well as accelerate and share leading ideas.
What’s the best part? These conventions are fully driven by students — students who are quickly becoming leaders in the fight against modern slavery. And we are excited to see how each convention demonstrates the passion and talent of the individuals driving the events forward.
